We were able to book the ticket in advance and were sure that we would be able to visit the museum without any problems. There were no problems at the entrance. Great 👍😊

It was exciting! Too much for one visit
The paintings by Bruegel and El Greco, mainly "The Blind Leads The Blind". That painting was basically the reason why I came to Naples.
The park and the collection...the paintings have been renovated and are in an incredible state of preservation...Few people, vast rooms, a calm atmosphere conducive to admiring the works.

The art is incredible, must see.
Interesting second floor. But ground floor and second floor closed on Sundays.

Explanations at least in English and friendly security guards wouldn't go amiss.

Your website doesn't work and I couldn't know that Carravagio is not there. I am upset.
The Caravaggio painting was not there it is actually in Rome. I didn't know about this it is a big disappointment for me.
The visit was pleasant and interesting no lines at the ticket office. I was sorry to find many rooms closed for works but unfortunately it was unavoidable . However very positive

The museum is something unimaginable. Absolutely not to be missed. Everything fantastic.

No waiting lines, a dynamic guide who passionately presents the history of Naples' underground passages. Well done!

easy access to transport and museums. but I'd like to take issue with 2 things: the poor explanations on how to activate the card and the need to reactivate it each time it's used.

The entrances were easy. As for public transport, we opted only for the metro, but the clerk always had to let us in. But I highly recommend it

The experience with Napoli artecard is very good and I fully recommend it. Good communication with the managers of the company and good functioning of the app, always with mobile data of course.

We only used it for the museums and it was perfect. I had a problem activating it but they solved it right away.

The convenience of having the dematerialized card on your phone is great, but it doesn't work when there's no Internet connection. Which is the case in metro corridors, and it's impossible to take a screenshot. But very interesting for visiting the main museums and getting around without worrying about tickets once you've found the right organization. I recommend

Once the purchase is made, the Card is complicated to unlock. The app is not very intuitive for registration. Despite everything, the people at the tourist office are reactive in the event of a problem. The card works well in museums, but the code is not read by the machines in public transport. As a result, you always have to ask the local ticket inspector to let you through, which he always does willingly. Useful if you're sure you want to visit a few museums.

Savings, good service even when the bar code didn't read well on the various machines Only downside: constantly having to reconnect

the exhibitions and sights were marvellous beautifully displayed and of the highest quality. it was difficut to find out which sites were able to be accessed for free once we got our artecard. i woud suggest the artecard logo is displayed more prominantly on the sites

The staff were very stressed and we were simply rushed through and no questions were answered. The signs at the various bus stations were sometimes so small that we had to look for where we could drop off again.

The Hop-on Hop-off bus drive around the coastline of Naples was well worth the price. However, there was often a 30-minute wait standing in line to get on a bus for our trip at the end of May. Bring sunscreen and a good hat for sitting on the upper level of the bus while wating and not hardly moving in the heavy traffic around the city of Naples.
In Naples everything was perfect, the assistant even checked that everyone had their belts on. I also used it in Barcelona in Spain and the headphones were not working in many places.

Good routes, great staff. Some areas of the city were kind of not great, not sure why there was a stop there (e.g. stop 3 on red line)
The view of the sea area of Naples and Posillipo was perfect and well timed . An absolutely unmissable overview!

Very happy having the 3 day pass for both the local public transportation to get to all the various museums and sits in Naples!! Great deal and would highly recommend getting it!!
venue is hard to find, There should have been somebody at the cruise port exit. May be use golf cart to take people. Staff was OK, ticket agent could not point to royal palace entrance. Staff knew italian but most of the people were from US. Sunil
Booked the tour on the website and decidsed to join the tour at stop 7 which was near our hotel. The location of the stop given on the website was completely wrong. When we did find the stop, we had to let the first bus go as it was full.
There is relatively little description and narration, most of the time Italy is playing. Music. In addition, points are often described where the bus has been over for a long time or is not even there yet, and you often don't know which building is actually meant. In addition, more buses should be used or fewer tickets sold when there are large crowds.

Beautiful tour of Naples. Blue line panoramic over the spectacular Bay of Naples. Red line strategic to reach points of interest in the city center.

Naples traffic is horrific! So glad we could get to see Naples without negotiating traffic. However, found the music in between too loud, but the commentary was quiet.
The ride was good, but the hop off was not obvious- there was no signal button and when we started to prepare for hop off, the officer said to remain in our seat - we worried about missing the stop.
Online ticketing was easy but I had trouble finding the number 7 bus stop. It was a Sunday so the kiosk on the piazza was closed. I enjoyed the coastal views from line b
Easy to find meeting point for bus and good value for both red and blue lines. Seamless ticket process at bus with our online booking. We rode straight to the museum and were rewarded with a quiet experience for the first hour or so. Very large collection of artifacts, well-displayed! Rode the remainder of the red line, had lunch, then hopped on the blue line for a beautiful coastal tour. Great value for all!
In a short time we walked a large part of the city, many beautiful views, it's a pity that the promenade is under renovation because it is one of the major attractions of Napoli

Experience that makes you rest and at the same time you can better realize the things to see in the city. I did it with the girls who had a great time. I preferred the blue line.

Apart from the fact that the stops are very badly signposted and the time slots are too short, the bus does the job. It's always a good option for discovering a city's main monuments.

We took both routes offered by the service in Naples. Satisfied, very convenient hop-on hop-off service, as always and anywhere in the world, brilliant to get a quick view of the city and surroundings (for Naples 45 min to historic center and 70 min to Posillipo). Could not download e-ticket from app, used reservation code to print ticket at checkout. Happy, thanks.

We were through the line quickly at Peastum - it was a beautiful! Pompeii was another story as we were not aware of the 1st Sunday of each month being a Museum holiday where everyone egts in free. We waited in line for 2 hours because the "voucher" did not count as a printed ticket aloowing us immediate acccess, and then we were smooshed in through the gates by hoards of people trying to get in before it closed.
Transport passes don't work at any of the barriers. Staff at both train stations and metro are well aware of this and are kind enough to let you pass through. Lady at the information desk said that they rarely work so this is a known issue. Also we were of the impression that we could use the pass to get a discounted entry to a museum after our two free visits and this was not the case. All in all we felt that we didn't save money by buying the card and had lots of issues setting it up.
I would like a refund due to denial in the use of the ticket

Easy to use and good value for site entry and getting around. Got on train from Sorrento to Herculaneum not knowing it only stopped a few times a day. Went through to Naples and easily caught the train to Herculaneum without extra cost or trouble. 😂
Great once I got the cards but there was a problem getting them activated (technical at Artecarc!) , I had to email several times and eventually telephone a couple of times, quite stressful on holiday!
I am basically an IT dinosaur and did not find the experience of using the Artecard easy, especially as the signal to my phone when we were in Italy was, at best, problematical. However Headout staff were most helpful when I contacted them.
Cost saving was the best thing. Using the card for travel was confusing, since you couldn't scan anything, but they would usually let you in for free if you mentioned the card. Head out was ok, helpful with setting up the app.
Children of 17 years of age and below can enter the museum for free. Students between the ages of 18 - 25 enjoy reduced prices on their tickets.
The museum's first floor features works by Michelangelo, Raphael, and Titian, with highlights including Masaccio's Crocifissione (Crucifixion), Botticelli's Madonna col Bambino e Due Angeli (Madonna with Child and Angels), Bellini's Trasfigurazione (Transfiguration), and Parmigianino's Antea, which are all liable to room shifts inside the museum. The royal apartments, a study in regal excess, are also located on this floor.
The second-floor galleries have works by Neapolitan artists such as de Ribera, Giordano, Solimena, and Stanzione, who lived from the 13th through the 19th century. It also houses some magnificent Belgian embroideries from the 16th century. Many visitors flock to admire Caravaggio's Flagellazione (Christ's Flagellation; 1607–10), which hangs in solemn seclusion in Room 78. Paintings from the Neapolitan baroque period are displayed in rooms 88 through 95.
A modest mezzanine level accessible from the second floor houses a changing collection of contemporary pieces by artists such as Andy Warhol, Mimmo Jodice, and John Armleder. The museum also has a significant permanent contemporary art exhibition including pieces by Giulio Paolini, Daniel Buren, Joseph Kosuth, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Jannis Kounellis, Sigmar Polke, Candida Höfer, and Sol LeWitt, among others. Special commissions and donations are also included in the collection, such as Alberto Burri's massive Grande Cretto Nero, which was gifted to the museum by the creator personally.
The Royal Park of Capodimonte is Naples' biggest public park, with a total area of 330 acres. For its historic, artistic, and botanical history, it was chosen as the most beautiful park in Italy in 2014. The Porta Grande (Big Gate), erected in the second decade of the nineteenth century, is the primary access to the Royal Park. The Royal Palace and Museum, which is flanked by lush tropical foliage and a magnificent lawn, is visible after going through the Porta Grande. The Belvedere is located near the Porta Grande and the Museum. You may get a great skyline and the ocean view from here.
