Worst experience ever. The sent me the wrong ticket.

The organization of the port isn't the best, but Snav's service is excellent. On the way back, we wanted to bring our timetable forward and we were allowed without any bureaucracy.

Nothing. Information was clear. Plus for etickets.

I got scammed with my trip from Naples-Capri-Naples on Sat 11.5.2024 (Reservation No. 17922306). Both tickets were paid in internet, but I got info from return trip from Capri to Naples at 5:10PM, that boat is full and new time needed to be selected. I choosed 6:10PM. I did not ever got confirmation for that, and both harbour ticket offices refused to give tickets. To avoid got left to Capri island, I had to buy three new tickets (2 adult, 1 children). So I lost 66€ money, which disappointed us a lot. Nobody was interested to help, so this feals like a scam on purpose. We cannot recommend your service to anyone - unless you pay our money back. Per favore restituiscici i nostri soldi, grazie.

I recived tickets for a different day than I ordered them for, support sent a default template email suggesting to give app credits, followup emails to them were "failed to deliver"

Bus rotation. As soon as we arrived at the Alibus stop, we were taken care of almost immediately. Thank you for this service

It was a perfect experience and the only negative experience was that the bus driver was not helpful when scanning our arcades.

I had problems understanding the name of the stop and nearly missed the station. It should also be displayed. We had about 20 min waiting time because there were long queues. The price is very good though.

Plane was delayed. Last Alibus according to timetable 11:45 pm. Bus was waiting. Departure 11:55 pm. No idea if it was luck or the norm. I have very positive memories of this. The bus driver was also really nice and helpful.

Everything went very well. The bus was on time and took us to the port without any problems. Everything was well signposted so that we could easily find the bus at the airport

+ Reasonable overall rate + Air-conditioned bus + friendly driver - booking fees > 10% of the ticket price, whereas by booking online we avoid sales in the alibus and reduce logistical problems... it doesn't make sense except to charge more than advertised 😡 - The interminable queue to get on the bus (3 full buses before you can get on), we need buses that can accommodate more passengers. - Bus not adapted to passengers' luggage, a shame for a shuttle serving the airport...

Lots of people. We couldn't get on the first bus, but another arrived a few minutes later. You can buy tickets directly from the driver. Allow a little margin to avoid stress in case you have to wait for the next bus to the airport.

Practical and inexpensive. Follow the arrows to find the starting point. Be careful, it's very crowded, so don't be sure you'll be able to use the first bus. But the next one arrives quickly

Quick and easy online purchase, well-located port bus stop. Few seats, however, and large pieces of luggage cluttering up ...

The best thing the driver helped us because I went from first stop to station, as I confused garibskdi station with garibaldi square and this same place and continue to port, but he took me near cab stop, in error is to confuse, 3 stops because there are only two stops.

Easy to use however the bus stop location is far and bus is crowded. There should be limited number of passengers only to allowed in the bus given that passengers are carrying luggages too.

Alibis was well signposted, easy to find and reach. Everything ran smoothly. Only a very short wait, we got to the port quickly and safely. Gladly again
